Refund policy: all sales are final

Summary. The binding version is our Refund Policy (Section 10A of the Terms of Service).

Because our products are digital, personalized or service-based, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, except where applicable law requires it. Before paying, please read the product description carefully and contact us with any questions.

• Digital content and online access: access starts immediately after payment. At checkout you give your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access or delivery has begun.
• Personalized products (hypnosis audios, songs): these are made to your specifications and cannot be refunded once production has started.
• Mentoring and consulting: these are governed by the agreement signed at enrollment. Missed sessions are not refunded.
• Physical products: consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions keep any mandatory statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods and the legal guarantee of conformity. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Defective units are covered by the 1-year limited warranty.
• If a product is not delivered, or is materially different from its description, contact us and we will fix the problem.

Third-party products (programs by independent experts)

Some courses, programs and services we sell are created and delivered by independent experts who are not employees of Expert Business Solutions LLC. The sales page of each of these products names the expert responsible for it.

• The expert is solely responsible for the content, quality, accuracy, delivery and results of their program, and for any statements made about it.
• Expert Business Solutions LLC sells these products and handles payment and billing support. We do not create, supervise or guarantee them and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for their quality, content or results.
• Questions about a program's content go to the expert. Questions about payment and billing go to us.
• This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Periods already billed are not refunded.

Billing questions and disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or have a billing problem, please email us first. We reply within 2 business days and resolve most issues directly. Your card statement will show a descriptor that refers to Expert Business Solutions or to the brand you bought from.

They do not replace diagnosis, treatment or care from a licensed doctor, psychologist or other health professional. Do not use hypnosis audios while driving or operating machinery.

No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any income, business, health or personal result. Results depend on each person's effort, circumstances and other factors outside our control.

Use of artificial intelligence. Some products, such as personalized songs, are made with AI-assisted tools and reviewed by our team.
