1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," "Customer," or "you") and Expert Business Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all websites, software, platforms, memberships, mentoring programs, educational services, physical products, and any related services provided by the Company.
By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Services or Products, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which together form a binding contractual agreement.

"Products" means any tangible physical products sold by the Company, including but not limited to Curve Rastre 2Plus.
"Websites" means all websites, domains, landing pages, and funnels operated, owned, or controlled by the Company.
"Third-Party Services" means external platforms or providers used for payment processing, community hosting, shipping, analytics, communication, or service delivery.

Expert Business Solutions LLC is a Limited Liability Company duly incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States of America. The Company is the sole merchant of record for all transactions related to any Services or Products, regardless of the platform, website, or tool used to deliver them.

3.2 International Business Operations
The Company offers Services and Products to Clients worldwide. International availability does not alter the merchant location, governing law, or contractual responsibility, which remains exclusively with Expert Business Solutions LLC as a U.S.-based entity.
All billing, payments, subscriptions, renewals, refunds (where applicable), disputes, chargebacks, and contractual obligations are handled solely by the Company.

The Company also operates, markets, and sells through additional domains and funnels, including but not limited to: https://www.ecuexperto.com https://www.curverastre.com
Regardless of which Website you use, all transactions and contractual relationships are with Expert Business Solutions LLC.

4. Languages of Operation and Communication
The Company operates and provides its Services and Products in multiple languages, including Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, and, where applicable, English.
Educational content, mentoring sessions, memberships, communities, SaaS interfaces, customer communications, and support materials may be offered in one or more of these languages depending on the specific Service, Product, or offer description.
The Company does not guarantee that all Services or Products will be available in all languages at all times. The language of delivery applicable to each Service or Product is determined by the corresponding sales page, checkout page, or program description.
In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or interpretation issue between versions of content, communications, or materials provided in different languages, the English version of these Terms of Service and Privacy & Cookies Policy shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Account Registration and Administration
Certain Services, including the SaaS Platform and memberships, require Account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account, whether by you or any authorized or unauthorized user.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts that are compromised, misused, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Description and Scope of the Services
6.1 Educational Services, Mentoring, and Memberships
The Company provides educational courses, training programs, mentoring (individual and group), and memberships. Each offering is described on its respective sales page, checkout page, or program description, including scope, duration, access conditions, and pricing.
The Company does not guarantee any specific educational, financial, professional, or business outcome.
6.2 SaaS Platform – FunnelExperts.io
The Company operates a proprietary SaaS Platform under the brand FunnelExperts.io, accessible at https://www.funnelexperts.io.
The SaaS Platform may include, without limitation, funnel creation tools, marketing automation, CRM features, analytics dashboards, integrations, workflows, messaging tools, artificial intelligence–assisted features, and other software functionalities. Features may change, evolve, or be discontinued at the Company's sole discretion.
Expert Business Solutions LLC remains the sole merchant of record and service provider for the SaaS Platform.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services, SaaS Platform, and Products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices Spam, unauthorized messaging, abusive automation, or unlawful communications Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights Unauthorized data scraping, harvesting, or surveillance Activities that increase chargeback risk, fraud risk, or regulatory or card-network exposure
The Company may suspend or terminate access immediately if prohibited use is detected.
8. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any content or data you submit through the Services or SaaS Platform. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, reproduce, and display such data as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and legal bases to submit such data and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, course materials, videos, audios, templates, designs, branding, documentation, and proprietary methods are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public sharing, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
10. Payment Terms
All prices, fees, and payment terms are disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed via third-party payment processors, including Stripe; however, Expert Business Solutions LLC remains the merchant of record for all transactions.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation process described at checkout or in your Account settings. You are solely responsible for managing cancellations prior to renewal.
You agree to attempt resolution with the Company before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks for delivered Services or shipped Products may constitute a breach of contract.
11. SaaS Platform Terms (FunnelExperts.io)
The SaaS Platform is provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated. Access and usage may be subject to technical limits, fair use policies, plan-based restrictions, or consumption-based billing where applicable.
The Company may introduce beta, experimental, or early-access features provided "as is" and without warranties. The Company may modify or discontinue features at any time.
12. Delivery Platforms and Third-Party Tools (Skool/ Hotmart)
Platform and Third-Party Sales Channels
The Company offers its Services and Products through multiple digital platforms and third-party sales channels in order to facilitate international sales, content delivery, community access, and payment processing.
Without limitation, the Company may offer online courses, memberships, mentoring programs, consulting services, software access (including SaaS platforms), and related digital products through third-party platforms such as Skool, Hotmart, and other similar platforms that may be used from time to time.
Depending on the specific offer, sales channel, and checkout flow, payment processing may be handled either directly by Expert Business Solutions LLC or by the applicable third-party platform in accordance with that platform's own terms, policies, and payment conditions. In all cases, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable sales page or checkout page, the underlying educational content, mentoring services, consulting services, software tools, and physical products are created, owned, licensed, and/or provided by Expert Business Solutions LLC.
The use of third-party platforms is solely for technical infrastructure, content hosting, community management, access control, and/or payment facilitation purposes and does not modify, replace, or transfer the Company's role as the service provider, merchant of record (where applicable), or contractual counterparty for its proprietary Services and Products.
The use of such platforms does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or representation relationship between the Company and any third-party platform. Each platform operates independently under its own terms and conditions.
Clients acknowledge and agree that when purchasing Services or Products through third-party platforms, they may be subject to additional terms, policies, billing procedures, refund handling rules, customer account systems, and dispute resolution mechanisms imposed by those platforms, which operate independently from the Company's internal systems and policies.
13. Physical Products, Shipping, and Warranty (Curve Rastre 2Plus)
The Company sells the physical product Curve Rastre 2Plus, which may be sold alone or bundled with digital Services.
Products are shipped internationally via third-party carriers, including DHL and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates only. Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the Client.
Curve Rastre 2Plus includes a one (1) year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
14. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Support
All Services and the SaaS Platform are provided on an "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, or error-free operation.
Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily impact availability. Support availability and response times vary by plan and are estimates only.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Services and Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, except where mandatory law applies.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
17. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach, fraud, misuse, or legal compliance reasons. Upon termination, access ceases immediately and all outstanding obligations remain due.
18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitration are expressly waived. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU law remain unaffected for EU residents.
19. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics, government actions, shipping delays, or third-party service outages.
20. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

Certain Services may include AI-assisted or automated features. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed by the Client. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
23. Professional Services and Mentoring
The Company may offer mentoring, consulting, implementation, or done-with-you services. Such services do not guarantee any specific financial, business, or professional outcome.
24. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
No income, profit, revenue, or success is guaranteed. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only. Results depend on multiple factors beyond the Company's control.
